Pursuant to Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for the Digital Economy Trust (L.C.E.N.), the following information is communicated to users and visitors of the VisioraOptics site:

- Presentation and principle
Hereinafter referred to as “User,” any internet user who connects to and uses the VisioraOptics site is defined.
The VisioraOptics site provides users with a set of services as available. It is stated here that users must maintain proper conduct and act in good faith towards other users as well as towards the site administrator of VisioraOptics.
The VisioraOptics site is regularly updated by VisioraOptics.
VisioraOptics undertakes to provide on the VisioraOptics site information as accurate as possible, subject to possible changes after publication. However, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of the information disseminated on the site, whether from its own sources or provided by third-party partners.
Consequently, the user acknowledges using such information, provided for information purposes, non-exhaustive and subject to changes, under their sole responsibility.
- Accessibility
The VisioraOptics site is normally accessible to users 24/7, except for planned or unplanned interruptions for maintenance or in case of force majeure.
In case of inability to access the service, VisioraOptics undertakes to do what is possible to restore access and will attempt to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.
Being subject solely to an obligation of means, VisioraOptics cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from the unavailability of the service.
- Intellectual property
VisioraOptics is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use to all elements accessible on the site, regarding both structure and texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.
Any total or partial reproduction of the VisioraOptics site, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of any of these elements, by any means or procedure, is prohibited without prior written authorization from VisioraOptics, to be requested by email at contact@visioraoptics.com.
In the absence of authorization, such use will be considered counterfeiting and prosecutable under Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
- Hyperlinks and cookies
The VisioraOptics site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information, etc.) created with the authorization of VisioraOptics.
However, VisioraOptics cannot verify the content of all sites visited via such links and thus disclaims any responsibility for illegal content.
Users are informed that during navigation on the VisioraOptics site one or more cookies may be automatically installed on their computer through the browser software.
A cookie is a data file that does not identify the user but records information relating to their navigation on the site.
