Preparation times All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery times Delivery times vary by destination:

USA: 5–8 business days Europe: 5–10 business days

These times are indicative. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or for reasons outside our control (holidays, strikes, etc.).

Order tracking After shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your package in real time.

Shipping costs Standard shipping: free.

Wrong address or unclaimed package It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

In case of return to sender for an incorrect address or unclaimed package, re-shipping costs may be charged.
